How To Order
Please be aware that we have invested a lot of time listing pricelists under each of the invitations on the site. Our pricing structure takes into consideration the price of materials and the time involved in producing an item, we do not build in extra charges to enable us to offer 'false' discounts, because we feel it would not be fair on brides who do not ask for a discount. So the prices you see are the prices everyone pays.
Orders can be placed by telephone or using the online order form below.
A deposit of 50% of the total is required payable by cheque when placing the order and the remaining balance payable upon return of your signed proofs. Please read our terms and conditions before placing your order. Once your order and deposit are received we will prepare proofs of your inserts for you to check, sign and return to us with any changes necessary.
When to Order
It is always advisable to order as early as possible especially if you are having a summer (July, August) wedding, when we are at our busiest. We recommend ordering at least 20 weeks before your wedding date, we prepare your proofs and this timeline allow for sending out your invitations 10 weeks before your wedding. Signed proofs should be returned to us no later than 3 weeks later i.e 17 weeks before your wedding We recommend an rsvp date of 6 weeks before your wedding date. If you are planning a wedding abroad or have guests arriving from abroad you should try to allow extra time for sending invitations.
Even if you are unsure of your stationery requirements it is advisable to email a provisional order to us with a £50 deposit which will reserve your time slots in the diary. You can always amend your order when you have numbers and details finalised.
Information Required For Your Order
We will need, names, venues, times, date for RSVP, reply address etc for your invitation inserts along with your preference for wording (formal, informal e.g. who is hosting the wedding). We have many fonts available for your printed inserts, or you may have a particular one in mind. If you do not have a particular preference we will choose a font that coordinates with your invitation. We recommend plainer/more legible fonts for your order of service inserts (see options for more information) If you are unhappy with any aspect of your draft proof you may make changes before going ahead with the order. Even if your wording and details are not finalised it is advisable to place your orders early to reserve a time slot in the diary.
For Order of Service, Tableplans and Menus we need the exact wording. We understand these details may not be available to you at the time of ordering. Simply send them to us as soon as you have them available. (We can have these items prepared along with your invitations and just awaiting the inserts) However no later than 5 weeks before your wedding date please. We work to a very tight timescale and you must provide us with the details required in the timelines arranged because we cannot run into someone else's 'time slot'.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your order approximately 12 weeks before your wedding date. Delivery is charged at £15.00 per order (this includes packaging costs). Order of service and menus are not usually completed until details are finalised nearer your wedding date and are normally sent separately from your main order. If this happens an additional postage charge will be payable. We will only charge you the cost to us and you will be advised of any additional fee when your order is confirmed (please contact us prior to ordering if you have any queries regarding this).
Items are sent by first class post or royal mail standard parcel service or courier, dependant on weight and size. Please note if you require urgent delivery, such as rush orders or items which are done very late (e.g. order of service, menus, tableplans etc due to late information) Recorded and Special Delivery is available at extra cost.
Table Plans - are always sent separately and will incur a charge of £15.
Rush Orders - We will try, to accommodate any rush orders, but at busy times may charge for an Express service.
